Data we process

We do not collect chat contents, contacts, labels, or file attachments outside your device. Those data are processed locally in your browser; when you export, the files are generated for you to download and are not sent to our servers.

Storage & retention

• The extension uses chrome.storage (and, if enabled, unlimitedStorage) to keep local preferences, templates, queues, and reports.
• On our servers we keep only: account email/license ID, authentication token, and minimal technical metrics.
• We retain data while the account is active; upon cancellation or deletion request we remove it within 90 days, unless the law requires otherwise.

Sharing & third parties

• We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
• We may use processors (e.g., hosting, support, payment gateway) under contract and with adequate security.
• We do not access browser history or sites other than web.whatsapp.com.

Security

• Transport-layer encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and role-based access controls.
• Local processing whenever feasible; minimal server-side data.
• Abuse-prevention practices: opt-in, exclusion lists, configurable throttling/limits.

Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, and restriction. You may also withdraw consent where applicable.
